Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) and Mobile Virtual Network Enablers (MVNEs) are poised to enjoy tremendous benefits from the mobile VoIP revolution!

MVNOs and MVNEs purchase mobile network service airtime from an underlying facilities based mobile network operator. However, research has shown that over 60% of the average mobile user's mobile minutes of use occur while either in the office or in the home - locations where WiFi-enabled broadband Internet access is prevalent.

End-User Interfaces:
These products provide the end-user interfaces used by customers to access VoIP communication services. Depending on the MVNO's / MVNE's existing services and client base, the below products may be mixed and matched to provide a market-pertinent product offering.

Distribution Platforms:
Vyke offers three distribution platforms that may each be used independently or in combination with one another. Separately or together, they provide MVNOs / MVNEs with the ability to distribute Vyke-provided communications products in the manner that best fits its current sales strategy:
  • Vyke Internet Merchant Platform: Let Vyke.com's leading services, security and fraud prevention drive an on-line sales strategy
  • POSA Platform: For organizations with an established retail web presence or electronic distribution systems (i.e. point of sale terminals), this platform allows an automated interface into Vyke's billing system to allow for external account creation and recharge. Additionally, the POSA platform may be used to power an integration of the MVNO's / MVNE's existing billing systems so that VoIP call charges are immediately deducted from a user's primary billing account.
  • Account Batch Processing: For applications where printed scratch-cards are required

Support Systems:
A turnkey Vyke solution includes all of the back-end systems required to support a deployment of the Vyke product set. They include:
  • Integrated Billing: Providing all retail and distributor level billing services and included in every Vyke product deployment
  • Web Based Reporting: Allows easy tracking of all key metrics pertaining to its customer use of the Vyke products
  • Centris API: An automated interface into Vyke's account management platform that may be used to power an in-house customer support service
  • International Communications Network: Providing the communication services that are the foundation of any Vyke deployment
