Vyke's Call Shop Systems (CSS) platform is a fully featured in-browser call shop management and billing system. This proprietary platform, created in response to the high costs associated with starting a traditionally equipped call shop, is built upon Vyke's core VoIP network and billing system. The CSS replaces costly local billing systems, ISDN leased lines and expensive service rates. To get started with the CSS platform, a call shop owner only needs to supply VoIP devices (such as Linksys PAP2), an Internet connected PC and a high speed internet connection - the CSS provides all local call billing, the underlying VoIP calling service and the management tools required to help call shop owners manage their business.
Vyke's CSS platform may also be used by calling credit distributors serving the call shop market. Its multi-service interface allows these resellers to manage their client call shops on-line, transfer calling credit to them electronically and monitor their remaining credit balance.
The CSS is linked to the Vyke Direct reseller program, where it allows for the electronic distribution of Vyke Direct calling credit and for its use within a call shop environment.
